Develop Company policy and procedure based upon customer feedback obtained during and after all phases of customer interaction. Using this gathered information to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied with their Mc Mahon’s RV experience.
Implement training courses on customer satisfaction for all employees under the Mc Mahon's Rv family of dealerships. Treating all customers with respect and measuring satisfaction from the customers’ perception.
Internal Teamwork Training to ensure that our employees are treating each other with respect and willing to work together to overcome any hurdles encountered.

Michael Glockner -
Mc Mahon's RV absolute commitment to customer service has brought Michael Glockner to the organization. With a wealth of experience and knowledge, Michael is instrumental in the creation and facilitation of our new CSI department.
For a number of years, Michael has been involved with the Daimler-Chrysler five-star program for supreme customer service and excellence. His time with Mercedes, Audi, and BMW has afforded him the expertise and knowledge needed to launch Mc Mahon's RV as the ONLY choice in supreme customer service, with their "100% customer satisfaction 100% of the time" philosophy.
